Minerva is a signature mentoring program that provides an outstanding opportunity for AUW students to interact and network with the industry leaders and changemakers they hope to become, and receive career guidance and personal feedback to support them on their journey.
One-to-one mentoring is proven to enhance student’s academic experience through experiential learning, professional skills development, and leadership training. As the majority of AUW students are the first in their families to receive higher education, this extra level of support is crucial in their personal development.
Your participation will make a powerful difference in the life of a student, and in our overall efforts to empower future changemakers in the region. As a mentor, you can provide valuable feedback on academics, career planning, or personal guidance.
